Job Summary
- Grade 12
- Suitable Diploma/Degree
- More than 2 years Sales Rep experience within FMCG
- Own car and valid drivers license
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Comfortable dealing with various clients
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Introduce, market, and successfully sell our offerings to both current and potential clients
- Build and nurture customer relationships to drive sales growth.
- Evaluate the value proposition of our products/services for each client, considering their specific needs and budget constraints.
- Understand customer requirements to tailor our offerings effectively.
- Cultivate and strengthen professional connections with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Build trust and rapport to foster long-term customer loyalty
- Proactively contact potential clients through outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Quickly and effectively address customer concerns and issues to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service to exceed expectations.
- Consistently meet or exceed predefined sales goals and objectives.
- Drive revenue growth and contribute to overall business success
- Evaluate the market landscape and identify potential growth opportunities within the Western Cape
- Provide management with valuable insights into customer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends
