• Write and edit compelling summaries, vignettes, and knowledge pieces in the voice of the expert
  
• Collaborate with tagging and vectorisation teams to ensure information is structured for AI learning
  
• Refine question sets and interview flows across different life domains and personas
  
• Occasionally guide experts through diary-style self-submissions (written or voice) and help turn them into usable knowledge assets.

Requirements:

• Deeply curious and empathetic communicator
  
• Natural storyteller with a strong writing portfolio (published or ghostwritten)
  
• Sharp synthesizer – can distill meaning from messiness
  
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and self-directed work
  
• Bonus: Familiarity with knowledge management, tagging systems, or AI content workflows
