What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Junior DTP Designer who will play a crucial role in supporting our design and production teams to create high-quality print and digital materials. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail, a fierce commitment to brand guidelines and an understanding of layout design and typography.
What you will do:
- Assist in adapting artwork across multiple formats, including brochures, banners, ads and packaging
- Assist in making small adjustments to existing design materials, including digital assets, print collateral and presentations
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
- Support the team in preparing design files for production and distribution
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to enhance creative output
- Ensure timely delivery of design updates and revisions based on feedback
- Stay updated on design trends and software to continually enhance your skills
What you must have:
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a design or advertising agency (internship experience considered)
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Familiarity with other DTP software is a plus
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and print production
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and file management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
