Job & Company Description:

I’m looking for Business Analysts with solid IT backgrounds who can work closely with technical teams and assist in delivering high-quality IT solutions. You will collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to analyse requirements, design technical specifications, and support delivery within Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document IT/system requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
• Create process flows, data models, and system diagrams.
• Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
• Support Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT preparation.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and system functionality.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• BA certifications (CBAP / CCBA / BABOK-aligned), Agile or Scrum certifications.

Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Experience working on IT-driven projects (software, systems, integrations)
• Understanding of APIs, databases, system integrations, and SDLC
• Ability to write technical user stories and functional specs
• SQL knowledge for basic data checks
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Azure DevOps
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD environments
