• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality as FOH/Reservations. • Responsible for reservations and FOH duties • Good Communication skills are also a must and maintaining high standards of service and hospitality to exceed guest expectations. • This individual should also be able to assist with general administration at the lodge therefore strong administrative and organizational abilities essential. • Coordinate bookings/reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently – taking and processing payments. • Curio shop sales and monthly stock take. • Experience on PANHospitality reservations and accounting system would be a huge advantage. • Duties will also include hosting of guests/agents and handling guest inquiries, concerns or complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner. Good command of the English language is a necessity as they will be dealing with mostly international guests. • Further responsibilities will be doing room checks and overseeing housekeeping department. • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure and leading by example is very important. • Availability to work flexible hours and extra hours when required. • Own transport
