Johannesburg North: Corporate Finance Associate posted by Network Finance

• Apply advanced valuation techniques, including DCF, EV/EBITDA, EV/EBIT, P/E, and P/NAV.
• Conduct thorough financial statement and company analysis.
• Complete detailed due diligence investigations, discussion papers, and transaction proposals.
• Prepare and manage portfolio company reporting.
• Liaise effectively with portfolio companies and internal teams.
• Ensure timeous delivery of high-quality work, maintaining a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• CA(SA) qualification.
• Minimum of 6 years post-articles experience, including at least 3 years in a valuation-focused role.
• Strong corporate finance and transaction experience.
• Self-starter, commercially minded, with excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
