Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, including country representatives and resellers
- Support partners in developing new business and expanding market reach
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with channel partners
- Collaborate on joint business plans to drive sales and market growth
- Equip partners with the latest product information, tools, and strategies
- Monitor partner performance, implement corrective actions, and provide guidance
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to influence strategies
- Resolve customer complaints in collaboration with internal teams
- Achieve territory revenue forecasts and individual account targets
What You Bring:
- National Diploma in Industrial Instrumentation, N6 + Trade Test Certificate in Instrumentation Mechanician, or Engineering Degree
- 8–10 years’ experience in technical sales, business development, or channel management within instrumentation/automation
- Proven success in managing representatives/resellers and driving new business
- Experience in Africa or regional markets is advantageous
- Formal qualification in Sales Management
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and CRM tools
- Valid passport and driver’s license
