The ideal candidate will support the MD&AI Manager and Marketing Assistant in executing

a wide range of digital and traditional marketing activities.

This role requires a strong admin background mixed with some creativity and analytical skills to help develop, implement, and optimise our marketing strategies across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

Manage and update all social media accounts

Create and scheduling social media content, community building, posting on all platforms.

Use AI tools to assist in content creation based on MDAI Team content strategy

Research and create engaging blogs, newsletters, social media posts and other content

Identify missing content on the website, send to Marketing Assistant details on new content to be posted on website, e.g. new blog post, adding or updating details on branches.

Executing digital and traditional marketing initiatives, such as WhatsApp, newsletters, print, product photography, promotional materials and more.

Skills & Knowledge:

Proficiency in social media management and content creation

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with AI tools for content creation

Education:

National Senior Certificate

Certificate in SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)

Experience:

Experience in digital and traditional marketing

Knowledge of SEO principles and basic website management
