Qualification and Experience Required: Matric plus Diploma/Degree in related field Sales experience Customer Management and engagement skills Previous experience in Account Management Proven track record in cloud/solution sales and new customer acquisition Strong technical understanding of IT systems, cloud taxonomy, hosting, colocation, and ISP environments Experience crafting high-quality proposals and delivering customer presentations Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills Proficiency with CRM systems and accurate data management Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Key Performance Areas: Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Accurate and on time pipeline reports and relevant associated details CRM Database Accuracy Weekly Sales & Customer Call Reports Customer Relationship Development Comprehensive Cloud Proposals Lead Generation via Marketing Events Strategic sales Sales planning Tender process management Business development planning for nominated accounts as agreed Liaison with partner base to ensure effective relationship management Inquiries into client needs and actioning of change requests for clients Project monitoring and services opportunity development
