Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review client portfolios, providing professional financial advice.
- Prospect and acquire new clients to grow the portfolio.
- Deliver financial products and services in a professional and client-focused manner.
- Collaborate with Financial Service Providers (FSPs) and internal departments to resolve client queries.
- Maintain regular client communication and build long-term relationships.
- Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to client needs.
- Provide advice on investments, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax optimisation.
- Assess client risk profiles and recommend appropriate strategies.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
- Network with professionals, attend industry events, and contribute to marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prepare regular reports for clients and management.

Requirements:
- Matric with tertiary qualification in Finance (NQF5: Wealth Management / BCom) – Non-negotiable
- RE5 certification – Non-negotiable
- Relevant Class of Business certifications in place
- Fit and Proper status required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Financial Planning role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related software
- Experience with professionals and high-net-worth clients
- Driver’s license and own vehicle – Non-negotiable
- Existing client book not required
Remuneration:
Basic salary R30 000 – R40 000 plus commission.
