Key Responsibilities Oversee group financial reporting , consolidation, and compliance with IFRS. Drive strategic financial planning , budgeting, and forecasting processes. Manage risk, governance, and internal controls across multiple entities. Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team to deliver operational excellence. Job Experience and Skills Required Education: CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable). Experience: Minimum 810 years in financial management, with at least 5 years at group level within Financial Services. Proven track record in leadership , strategic financial planning , and complex consolidations . Skills: Advanced Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and strong knowledge of IFRS and regulatory frameworks. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and ability to influence at executive level.
