Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to define product positioning, target markets, and competitive analysis.
• Work with Marketing and design teams to develop product specifications and prototypes.
• Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to oversee production processes.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to drive product improvements.

Qualifications & Experience required:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Product Development, or a related field.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Clear Criminal record.
• 1+ years of experience in product development
• Proficiency in drawing using solid edge
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in product design software and tools.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation.
• Willing to work under pressure.
• Expertise in Thermoforming and injection moulding
