Job Description

RedCat Recruitment urgently seeking an experienced ADMINISTRATION CLERK for a large, well-established international concern, position based in Klerksdorp, North West Province REQUIREMENTS Grade 12. Valid Code 08 drivers license. Relevant administrative Certificate or qualification. 3yrs previous administrative experience. Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Advanced experience on MS Word and MS Excel. Experience on ERP systems. Working knowledge of accounting. Person will be required to oversee and coordinate the administration process on a daily basis, provide administrative support and ensure that the information is received, captured and distributed correctly. Processing and reconciling of bulk invoices. General administration and human resources duties. Administer branch petty cash. Stock control. Completing administration duties in ERP and other application systems. Excellent customer care skills.
