Johannesburg: Construction Estimator

Duties & Responsibilities: Analyse blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labour estimates. Use software tools and manual calculations for project cost estimates. Consult with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to clarify project details. Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes and maintain cost database. Track project scope changes and update estimates. Prepare bid packages and assist tender submissions. Collaborate with project managers and finance teams on project budgets. Desired Experience & Qualification: Grade 12. Bachelors degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2 years of construction estimating experience. Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and market prices.
