Job Description:
We have an amazing opportunity for a Chief Operating Officer in Johannesburg!

We require a candidate with:
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Reporting, including data sanitization, building reports etc.
• Must have at least 10 years outbound call centre operations experience at senior manager
• or executive level.
• Must have matric.
• Ability to work logically through processes, critique and optimize as necessary.
• Financial acumen, including understanding of profit & loss on company P&L as well as
• profitability of specific initiatives, understanding of key metrics as may be relevant to each part of a process.
