Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented In-House Controller to support our courier operations. The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks, ensure smooth daily operations, and assist in coordinating deliveries and shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating courier deliveries.
- Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries.
- Provide support to the operations team with any administrative needs as well as some physical Labour.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in logistics or a courier environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
