Our client has an opportunity available for an Internal Sales position based in Centurion.

Requirements:

• Matric
• Competencies:
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Common sense and creative thinking.
  • Cheerful personality.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of Wage program.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer quotes and orders received telephonically or per email.
• Communicate to customers about changes in the industry.
• Assist sales reps with quotes, orders and customer enquiries.
• Assist operations manager with quotes, orders, enquires etc.
• Assist with month end stock take reports.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
• Assist debtors controller with account queries when required.
• Assist with GRNs scans and load documents to One Drive.
• Assist with IT problems internal as well as for Sybaweb.
