Maintenance Technician required for a reputable automotive company based in Pretoria

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections of production lines and machinery to identify and address potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team and other departments to implement preventive maintenance programs and improvements.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive maintenance role.
• Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Matric certificate or equivalent educational qualification.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and automation processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
