• In-depth Process & Accounting Knowledge
• Practical experience in test case design, test planning and test execution
• Able to coordinate business counterparts, IT counterparts & other testers.
• Able to solve day-to-day issues throughout the test process.
• Can communicate influentially and articulately with local and international counterparts.
• Strong IT knowledge and practical experience:
  • SAP Finance (FICO front-end user experience)
  • TOSCA (very important!)
  • JIRA (x-ray)
• Agile methodology experience.
• Flexible with international travel (planned and unplanned)
• Strong business acumen & financial accounting background.
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

ADVANTAGEOUS:

• SAP Finance back-end/programming experience (plus, not necessity).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BCOM in either Accounting and/or Information Systems (minimum).
• ISTQB certification.
