- Agricultural diploma / degree
- Qualification in horticulture and or agronomy advantageous
- Proven nursery management experience essential
- Min of 4 years previous nursery experience
- Previous experience working with avo, mac and dragon fruit seedlings advantageous
- Computer literate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
