Job Overview
We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our team in Cape Town. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with extensive experience in providing customer support and strong technical skills to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing customer support for a global organisation
• Strong technical skills (ideally SQL/C#) and commercial experience of supporting business solutions for large, complex end-user organisations
• Solid understanding of web technologies, ideally with .NET and/or SQL Server experience
• Commitment to ensuring an exceptional level of customers’ experience
• Positive, collegiate approach with a ‘can do-will do’ attitude and a desire to take responsibility for delivery
• Excellent English language, communication and interpersonal skills
