Job Title: Pastry Chef – Polokwane

We are seeking an accomplished and creative Pastry Chef to join our culinary team in a hotel setting. As a key member of our pastry team, you will be responsible for crafting exquisite pastry dishes for both à la carte and banqueting services.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute innovative dessert and pastry menus
Specialize in chocolate, sugar work, and advanced pastry techniques
Lead, train, and mentor the pastry team to ensure professional growth and performance
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pastry products
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team for menu planning and special events
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
A formal pastry or culinary qualification is essential. We are looking for candidates with 3–5 years of professional pastry experience, preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
