About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team in South Africa. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for supervising F&B staff, managing operational aspects, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise F&B staff and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Schedule staff to meet operational needs and manage inventory levels effectively
- Perform performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions as necessary
- Motivate and develop staff to achieve service excellence
- Monitor and control costs related to food, beverage, and labour expenses
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the F&B area
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Matric
- Formal Degree/Diploma
- At least 2-4 years relevant Hotel experience
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests in a positive and professional manner
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work efficiently under pressure

Basic Salary: AED2.8-3.5K / USD760-950.00 (DOE)
