About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team in South Africa. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for supervising F&B staff, managing operational aspects, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise F&B staff and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
Schedule staff to meet operational needs and manage inventory levels effectively
Perform performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions as necessary
Motivate and develop staff to achieve service excellence
Monitor and control costs related to food, beverage, and labour expenses
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the F&B area
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements

Matric
Formal Degree/Diploma
At least 2-4 years relevant Hotel experience
Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests in a positive and professional manner
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work efficiently under pressure

Basic Salary: AED2.8-3.5K / USD760-950.00 (DOE)
