About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a Digital Marketer to join their vibrant team. This in-person role will focus on building and executing creative digital marketing strategies, managing social media channels, and engaging with influencers and fashion bloggers to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
Curate engaging content, schedule posts, and ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
Monitor social media trends and performance, adjusting strategies for optimal engagement and reach.
Work with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to assess effectiveness and optimize future strategies.
Identify and engage with fashion bloggers, influencers, and brand ambassadors to collaborate on campaigns and increase brand awareness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring brand messages are communicated effectively to their audiences.
Initiate and brainstorm new digital marketing ideas and concepts that align with the company’s brand and seasonal collections.
Develop creative assets using tools like Canva, ensuring all content is visually appealing and on-brand.
Assist with creating and distributing press releases, ensuring they align with company’s brand image.
Work closely with PR teams to implement strategies that promote the brand through media channels and partnerships.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
