About the Role Were looking for a CRM Specialist who can blend performance, creativity, and precision to deliver engaging customer communications. From email and SMS to push notifications and WhatsApp, youll manage the full CRM lifecycleensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing content planning with data-driven insights, and who can take ownership of CRM operations from campaign scheduling to reporting. Youll work closely with creative, insights, and digital teams to build brand loyalty and drive measurable results. What Youll Do Plan & Execute Campaigns: Lead CRM activities across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications. Content Calendar Management: Build and manage CRM calendars to ensure timely communications around launches, campaigns, and promotions. Segmentation & Targeting: Leverage customer data to create audience segments that drive personalization and engagement. Optimize Performance: Track KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversionsusing insights to refine strategy. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with content, design, and digital marketing teams to align CRM touchpoints with broader campaigns. Technical CRM Ops: Maintain and troubleshoot CRM tools, ensuring accurate setup of templates, automations, and integrations. What You Need to Bring 3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketingideally within an e-commerce or agency environment. Project management experiencestrong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns. Technical exposure to platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, HTML, and CSS. Strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and CRM best practices. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Bonus Points If You Have Hands-on experience with tools like Klaviyo, Netcore, or equivalent ESPs. Exposure to omnichannel CRM strategies and automation workflows. Background working with high-end, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer brands. Basic copywriting or email design skills.
