About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly accomplished and experienced Managing Director to lead About it Group into its next phase of growth. They are looking for a senior leader with exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen to drive the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s long-term strategic plan, aligning it with market trends and competitive landscape.
- Oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to best practices.
- Responsible for the company’s operational financial performance, including revenue generation, direct cost management, and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, board members, customers, and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company’s market reach and revenue streams across its existing and new products and services.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to the company’s operations and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven record of accomplishment of success in leading and growing businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful strategic plans.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the business solutions industry.
