About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a skilled and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager for a luxury property based in Graskop. This exceptional opportunity for a hospitality professional to take on a key leadership role at a prestigious 4- or 5-star hotel offers a chance to manage and lead a fully operational F&B department as a business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the F&B department
- Develop and implement food and beverage procedures
- Drive financial performance and achieve set targets
- Monitor stock and equipment control
- Create and manage staff shift schedules
- Oversee health, safety, and hygiene compliance
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years’ experience managing a fully operational F&B department in a 4- or 5-star hotel or lodge
- Matric essential; tertiary qualification beneficial
- Valid RSA ID and Driver’s Licence (own vehicle required)
- Excellent command of the English language
- Basic financial acumen and advanced understanding of cost of sales and profit margins

Salary & Benefits
- R20,000 per month
- Live-in accommodation (single occupancy)
