About the Role

Tumaini Consulting is seeking an experienced Innovations Manager to join our team based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading innovation initiatives and driving digital transformation within our organization. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects related to innovation and technology
Lead meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress and requirements
Conduct data analysis to inform business decisions
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to implement new technologies

Requirements

Strong technical understanding of system integrations (APIs, flat files, database connectivity)
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server with the ability to interpret SQL queries and validate data
Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, and data flow within contact centre environments
Familiarity with cloud services, automation tools, and AI technologies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
