About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation Clerk to join our logistics team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for preparing and processing logistics documentation, ensuring compliance with company procedures and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process logistics documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, bills of lading, proof of delivery (PODs), waybills, and transport documents.
Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures and legal requirements.
Capture and update shipment data accurately on the system.
Verify documentation for accuracy, completeness, and correctness.
File, scan, and maintain physical and electronic records.

Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) essential
Diploma or certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Administration advantageous
13 years experience in a logistics, transport, or freight environment proven.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Problem-solving ability.
Time management and multitasking skills.

Qualifications
