About the Role
The Hiring House is seeking an experienced Centurion: Systems Engineer to join our team. As a leading company in the aerospace and defence industry, we are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead our systems engineering efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software tools for system design and documentation, as well as sound knowledge of Systems engineering methodologies, tools, and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements analysis and translate operational needs into system specifications.
- Develop and maintain system architecture and designs for complex aerospace and defence systems.
- Perform systems integration, testing, and validation to ensure system performance and compliance with standards.
- Manage system lifecycle, including design, development, verification, and support.
- Develop technical documentation, including system designs, testing procedures, and user manuals.
- Participate in the review of technical deliverables, identifying potential issues, and proposing solutions.
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, project managers, and customers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment of system design with project objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electronic or Software Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, preferably in the aerospace or defence industry.
- Experience with software tools for system design and documentation (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, DOORS).
- Sound knowledge of Systems engineering methodologies, tools, and standards.

- Bachelor Degree in Electronic or Software Engineering
