About the Role
Join our award-winning self-storage company as a Customer Relations Specialist in Cape Town City Centre. If you enjoy speaking to people, closing deals, and seeing clear results from your effort, this role is built for you. You will step into a stable internal sales position where leads are already coming in, and your job is to convert interest into confirmed storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to storage enquiries
- Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Prepare quotes and explain storage options clearly and honestly
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data on the CRM system
- Process orders and coordinate a smooth handover to operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years sales experience, ideally in internal or phone-based sales
- Proven ability to follow up leads and close deals
- Strong customer communication and listening skills
- Comfortable working to targets and daily KPIs
- Experience with CRM systems and sales administration
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) required
