About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our Management Team working from our regional office located in Westville. As a Solution sales driven Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities of your sales team, achieving forecasted sales targets, and driving business growth through innovative solutions. If you can cut through the noise like a gladiator while inspiring your team like Rassie Erasmus, we reckon were onto a winning combination!

Key Responsibilities

Daily planning and monitoring of their sales team.
Activity Planning Canvassing in the field work Customer meetings Pipeline management
Reporting daily weekly and monthly Hiring and training Team discipline
Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team Identifying emerging markets / areas / avenues to find new sales

Requirements

3+ years of sales management experience
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field (required)
Relevant sales management certification or training (preferred)
