About the Role
Scholtz Partners International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Kempton Park, South Africa. As a key member of our recruitment department, you will be responsible for working with our sales executives to bring on new clients and secure new positions for our recruitment consultants. If you are a creative and ambitious individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of social media platforms, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales executives to identify new client opportunities and secure new positions
- Screen and interview candidates for open positions using social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn
- Place adverts on job boards and other relevant platforms to attract candidates
- Conduct admin-related duties such as data entry and paperwork
- Utilize Zoom and Google meets for remote meetings and interviews
- Create engaging content using Canva for marketing and recruitment purposes
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience working in social media management or an admin-related role
- Strong understanding of Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and a laptop with Office software installed
