About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Manager to join our team on a mixed farm in South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural management, experience with game farming, and excellent communication skills, particularly in Zulu.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff and buffalo herds
- General maintenance, basic building works, repairs to plant & equipment etc
- Assisting with planting & harvesting of crops
- Running irrigation systems
- Game fence construction and maintenance
- Anti-Poaching tasks
Requirements
- Agricultural Diploma or Degree advantageous
- Minimum 3 years previous farm management experience
- Experience in cropping – maize, soyabean & wheat
- Maintenance orientated
- Ability to speak Zulu
- Valid drivers license
