About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Manager to join our team on a mixed farm in South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural management, experience with game farming, and excellent communication skills, particularly in Zulu.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage staff and buffalo herds
  • General maintenance, basic building works, repairs to plant & equipment etc
  • Assisting with planting & harvesting of crops
  • Running irrigation systems
  • Game fence construction and maintenance
  • Anti-Poaching tasks

Requirements

  • Agricultural Diploma or Degree advantageous
  • Minimum 3 years previous farm management experience
  • Experience in cropping – maize, soyabean & wheat
  • Maintenance orientated
  • Ability to speak Zulu
  • Valid drivers license
