About the Role

Haosail Machinery Co Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Woodworking Equipment Sales Representative to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for marketing and selling woodworking equipment to furniture factories, wooden door factories, cabinet factories, woodworking processing plants, and other similar clients. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets set by the company while developing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on the entire sales process, including demand matching, price negotiation, contract signing, and payment collection, ensuring smooth transaction completion.
  • Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and building trust.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and other promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and product market share.
  • Cooperate with the after-sales team to complete equipment installation, commissioning, user training, and other follow-up support work to ensure a good customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the woodworking or machinery industry (preferably)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and exhibitions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an advantage but not mandatory

Salary & Benefits

The salary will be based on a performance-based bonus structure, with a starting salary range of R 250,000 – R 350,000 per annum. Additional benefits may include medical aid, retirement fund, and annual bonuses.
