About the Role

Our plastic manufacturing client in Western Cape is seeking a Production Supervisor to supervise daily production activities to ensure targets, quality standards, and safety standards are met. We are looking for an experienced professional who can optimise production performance and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production activities
  • Ensure targets, quality standards, and safety standards are met
  • Manage production team performance and productivity
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards
  • Monitor production schedules and workflows

Requirements

  • 3 – 5 Years experience in plastic or packaging manufacturing
  • Production Management/ Operations Management diploma/ degree
  • Experience supervising production teams
