About the Role
The Physiotherapist (Incl Senior) role at RareCruit offers a unique opportunity to work with clients across various industries, utilizing a range of assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation techniques. With a focus on delivering high-quality physiotherapy services, this position requires a multidisciplinary approach and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality, best practice physiotherapy services using a variety of assessment, treatment and rehabilitation techniques
- Manage a clinical caseload while working autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
- Work across musculoskeletal clinics and community-based rehabilitation depending on experience, preference, and service needs
- Adapt communication style to build rapport and credibility with clients across a wide range of industries
- Research, analyse, and produce relevant reports and resource material
- Maintain clear, concise, and professional written documentation
- Take reasonable care of personal and others’ health and safety in the workplace
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety procedures and comply with relevant policies and legislation
- Identify, report, and assist in mitigating workplace hazards, risks, incidents, and near misses in consultation with appropriate stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate as a registered physiotherapist
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience for senior level
- Postgraduate qualification completed or in progress
- Good general ACC operational, medical, and rehabilitation policy knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and report-writing ability
- Ability to write succinctly and clearly
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Current driver licence where applicable
