About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Attorney to join our team in Pretoria East. As a recently admitted Attorney and Conveyancer, you will be responsible for assisting with conveyancing duties, including traveling to Deeds Office daily. If you have excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English, and a strong understanding of MS Office software, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Conveyancing Attorney and Senior Attorney with Conveyancing duties
- Travel to Deeds Office daily (main responsibility)
- Assist with Transfers, including opening files, drafting of documents, clearance applications, delivery of deeds after registration, and closing files
Requirements
- Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Full proficiency in both Afr & Eng client base)
- LLB Degree completed and recently admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer a must
- Post admission Conveyancer experience not compulsory
- Computer literate in MS Office (Lexis and E4 highly preferred)
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle a must

- Completed LLB Degree
Salary & Benefits
R 20 000.00 R 25 000.00 gross (Depending on relevant experience)
