About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Human Resources Officer to join our team at Milton Resourcing in Johannesburg. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, handling employee relations matters, coordinating training and development initiatives, supporting workforce planning and employee scheduling, developing, updating, and implementing HR policies, and maintaining accurate personnel records and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary enquiries, CCMA cases, and union engagements
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Support workforce planning and employee scheduling
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies
- Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ HR experience, with solid employee relations experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (preferred)
- Ability to work on-site in Johannesburg South
