Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to emails and client queries promptly and professionally
  • Provide general administrative and PA support
  • Prepare and send quotations and invoices
  • Submit and manage medical aid claims
  • Maintain accurate records and use MS Excel for tracking and reporting
  • Assist with order processing and stock admin when required

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Outlook, Word, Excel essential)
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
