About the Role
Telebest is seeking a highly skilled Financial Coordinator to join our team in Boksburg. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all financial activities for the business, including exploring and seeking various workable financial frameworks. You will collaborate with the Financial Director and the financial team to ensure the effective execution of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide and interpret financial information
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost reduction and avoidance opportunities
- Produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
- Coordinate and manage the accounting and administration of maintenance and free services
- Prepare monthly reconciliations
- Coordinate and manage stock and related processes across the business (incl. but not limited to WIP, customs and redisa levies)
- Develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
- Continuously review and maintain a sustainable documented system of accounting policies and procedures for the Group
- Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
- Overall management of the Groups financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems (incl. Evolve (ERP) ticket and project reviews)
- Coordinate internal and external auditing processes
- Stake holder management with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the SARS
- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation. Ensure that the company is compliant.
- Assist with the formulation of forecasts, strategic and long term business plans
- Perform dealer audits
- Assist finance team with ad-hoc finance project
Requirements
- Finance risk gap analysis and mitigation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in financial software and systems (incl. Evolve (ERP))
- Relevant experience in finance or accounting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
