About the Role
The Revenue Manager at Rad Resources is responsible for optimizing hotel accommodation revenues, ancillary revenues and inventory management for the business unit. They will work closely with market and customer segments to initiate, implement and manage revenue plans, systems and resources in line with Company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize hotel accommodation revenues
- Implement and manage revenue plans and systems
- Manage inventory and rooms for all market and customer segments
- Analyze revenue data and provide insights for improvement
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in front office, reservations or rooms and inventory management at a middle management level
- Strong understanding and experience in hospitality reservations, property management, revenue management, database and online distribution management systems
- Previous experience in a hotel environment, specifically 4- or 5-star properties
- 3-Year Hotel School Diploma
Qualifications
- Completed 3-Year Hotel School Diploma
