About the Role
A Regional HR Manager vacancy exists in the Pretoria region where our transport client is based and will be reporting to the Personnel Services Executive. We are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to fill this role, preferably an EE Female candidate with minimum 7 years experience in transport or motor industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and HR projects
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Lead and support direct reports in managing their teams
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent academic qualification
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management (additional legal and/or financial qualifications will be an added advantage)
- Post degree qualification will be an added advantage
- More than seven (7) years relevant HR experience in a unionised HR environment, preferably transport or motor industry, of which at least five years have been in a managerial position
- Valid Code 08 (EB) drivers license
- Proficient in MS Office (Advanced level)
- Knowledge of computerised systems such as HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance systems
- Knowledge of applicable legislation and Main Agreements
Qualifications
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent academic qualification
