About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a long-term project located just outside Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and manage site operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale construction projects (renewables/PV plant experience advantageous)
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Oversee construction activities on-site for the duration of the project
Requirements
- SACPCMP Registration/Certification (Construction Manager or Construction Project Manager)
- Ability to hold Legal Appointment 8.1
- Proven experience managing construction activities on large-scale projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills
