About the Role
AtripleA recruitment & temps is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for managing sales pipelines, providing excellent client engagement, and analyzing sales data to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure sales pipelines are accurately maintained on Pipedrive.
• Conduct daily and weekly follow-ups with the sales team to update and validate data.
• Categorize pipelines by division, customer, salesperson, acquisition clients, and cold clients.
• Identify gaps in the pipeline and ensure sales opportunities are maximized.
• Assist the sales team in scheduling and setting up client meetings to avoid missed opportunities.
• Track and manage technology refresh cycles for clients.
• Ensure the sales and pre-sales teams actively pursue renewal cycles and new technology adoption.
• Compile and present accurate pipeline reports for all companies within the group.
Requirements
- Experience in a sales support, marketing, or CRM role.
- Understanding of ICT sector trends and technology cycles (advantageous).
- Proficiency in Pipedrive (or similar CRM tools).
- Excellent Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, and visualization).
Qualifications
- B. Com in Marketing, Business, or related field.
