About the Role

Network Finance is seeking a senior executive leader to take full strategic and operational ownership of Sales, Marketing, and Logistics in our FMCG value chain. The ideal candidate will be a commercially astute leader with strong supply chain and logistics expertise, and a proven ability to scale revenue, optimise operations, and lead multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integrated sales, marketing, and logistics strategies aligned to business growth goals
• Drive market expansion, pricing strategy, and product portfolio optimisation
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain performance, including distribution, forecasting, and inventory
• Deep working knowledge of poultry production systems, nutrition, processing, and value chain dynamics

Requirements

• Honours Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or similar
• MBA or equivalent highly advantageous
• 10+ years in senior leadership roles across Sales, Marketing, and/or Logistics
• Proven experience within the South African poultry and/or animal feed industry
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, cold chain logistics, and food safety
