About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join our team at Select Motor Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency in the automotive industry. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs for our dealership partners, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell our products. You will work closely with dealership staff to develop their product knowledge and sales techniques, and provide ongoing support to ensure they meet high standards of service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed product training plans to ensure seamless introduction of new company products and services
- Provide in-depth automotive product knowledge and sales skill instruction to reinforce professional competence of the sales team
- Create high-quality training materials, such as product manuals, presentations, and operation guides
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, collecting and analyzing feedback, and adjusting training strategies as necessary
- Provide ongoing training support to dealer staff, including updates on terminal system usage and product knowledge
- Develop and maintain certification programs to ensure all employees meet uniform professional standards

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
