About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage food and beverage operations
• Lead a team of staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• Supervise inventory, ordering, and stock control
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Matric (minimum requirement)
• Relevant qualification advantageous
• Valid South African ID
• Valid drivers license

Qualifications

• Completed Matric or equivalent
• Relevant qualification (advantageous)

Salary & Benefits

Salary package includes a mandatory 5% contribution to the company provident fund. Medical aid is available as part of the CTC package.
