We are seeking a highly skilled Events & Entertainment Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of entertainment and event initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support entertainment and event activities across the business
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, performers, and external partners
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of events and entertainment programmes
- Ensure all events align with brand guidelines, compliance, and operational standards
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives linked to entertainment offerings
- Manage logistics, timelines, and on-site coordination during events
- Assist with post-event reporting and feedback
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) Diploma in Marketing
- 3–5 years’ experience within the entertainment industry
- Exposure to the gaming industry is advantageous
- Valid driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel locally and work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
