About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our luxury reserve in Grahamstown, Eastern Cape. Our 4-star rated property offers an exceptional guest experience, and we are looking for a professional who can deliver world-class spa treatments to discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of professional spa treatments to guests, ensuring service excellence at all times.
- Maintain a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere within the spa and treatment areas.
- Ensure that all treatments are performed to the highest standard in accordance with lodge protocols.
- Provide personalised advice and product recommendations to guests where appropriate.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and stock control in all spa areas.
- Support the wider lodge team in creating a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Fully qualified spa therapist with recognised beauty or wellness certifications.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a luxury spa or 5-star lodge/hotel environment.
- Candidates must be able to speak and understand Afrikaans fluently.
- Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
- Professional, well-groomed, and service-orientated.
